President Will Kerr

Will Kerr brings two decades in trucking and logistics. He founded Edge Logistics at 25 and scaled it from a team of four to a $160M business with 150+ employees across six offices.

Under his leadership, Edge earned Inc. 5000 and Crain’s Fast 50 recognition while building award-winning freight technology. Will was named to Crain’s 40 Under 40 in 2021.

After exiting Edge in 2024, he advised carriers and freight tech firms, including a stint at Highway as Senior Advisor. Today he leads Price Rite, focused on compliance, customer depth, and technology-driven transparency.
